Braids (take 2)

Published on Nov 19, 2017 Aidan Burns-Fulkerson

"We’re testing Braids for the first time. The rest of the team was initially unsure what to make of the new rack-mounted friends, but they’re quickly becoming friends.

Kastle lays down the drone while the PO-12 Rhythm handles the click-track syncing and the beats. SQ-1 listens to the clicks and commands the 0-Coast and Braids on time and in tune.

JVC KB-700 features and demo

Published on Nov 18, 2017 Daniel Arena

"JVC KB700 (also sold as Lowrey Micro Genie V120).

Super weird mid 80's organ:
Solo section (square-wave + discrete VCF)
Poly section (divide-down? but phasey? there's a bunch of mysterious ASICs in there so it could be anything + Paraphonic VCF, subtle stereo spread + ensemble effects)
Analog + discrete drum machine
Bass synth
Bunch of other weird crap.

LO-FI TECHNO WORKOUT / Volca Sample / Monotron Delay

Published on Nov 19, 2017 mishpult

"Live techno set with Korg Volca Sample, heavily overdriven through the Korg Monotron Delay. I overlayed an some old 90's rave videos found on youtube just for the atmosphere. Videos are not mine and no profit of any kind is made here."
